arrival date, the balance of the remaining
value of the entire bookings plus applicable
tax and service charge must be received
by the hotel .

cancellations made less than 30 days
prior to the arrival date must be
received in writing. 50% of the total
value of the bookings will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 7
days prior to the arrival date, 100%
of the total value of the bookings
will not be refunded.
