These are transactions that have been booked "real time". That means that the deal is done and your clients are secured by a credit card on line. It comes only as a result of you entering prices and availabities for the designated period. If you have no prices or availabities offered your client will be automatically sent to the "request form" and those contacts will be found under the form "view requests".
