We make a $5.00 service charge.

This is our premium, personal search service. If you do not see what you want we will put our staff, experience and local knowledge to work for you. We will contact hotels that meet your specifications and report back to you with our findings. We will do this on-line and if necessary by telephone and fax. We levy a service charge of $US5.00 (five dollars) that will be immediately deducted from your credit card. This is non refundable regardless of the outcome of the search. We then will do our very best to find what you need, but we can make no guarantees. All other funds are then paid directly to your hotel in the event we are successful. We will report back to you in every case. To save you the $5.00 we ask that you do not give us an impossible task. Do not, for example ask for 2 nights over New Year's. No hotel will entertain that offer. Please keep winter bookings in the Alps to 7 nights running from Saturday or Sunday. Weekends are tough, but not impossible. Give us up to 72 hours to do our job before we get back to you. And please give us as many details as possible.
